MUMBAI SHOULD BE MADE A UNION TERRITORY
it is high time mumbai should be made a union territory. then mumbai can be fully indian city. Ban linguistic chavnistic regionalism and elections should be between on all india national parties in union territories to reduce tensions in mega cities where all indians live. local Regional parties if allowed they will convert mega cities as a conflict ridden cities and that is fine opportunity for Taliban kind of activists and they will take refuge under those regional fights and taliban.. outfits will reduce mega cities intio a rubble when the union government works on ecnomic growth. So it is high time under disaster management all mega cities may be made union territories with seperate poitical administration. This is not new but it was there n Athens (Ancient Greece)

Now all Metros need to be made a union territories, as state politics siphon off metros revenues and it is unfair. so people in metros have to agitate and get justice and they can as well move a PIL on the basis of their own poll conducted in the relevant metros or of a signature campaign
president election on cards. pranab can be the front runner. possibility of unanimous election is doubtful so contests likely!
BEML CMD Natarajan suspension shd have taken place some months ago as soon as General complained to Minister Antony of MOD govt of india, but it seems Antony works under some pressure that need to be investigated by CBI positioning the investigations in MOD or any political links need to be ascertained, as the defense equipment(s) are vital to the safety of country that cannot be compromised by any power in india. if such power is located punish them suitably may be under Army laws may be under a Military court Marshall! that will give confidence to people of india, as a lot of indians felt so in a controlled poll on people to register their opinions in volition against question - Can we compromise Military by subject in soldiers to sub standard equipment(s)?

If pranag becomes president then finance portfolio who will occupy is the critical question? certainly not Montek singh Aluwalia who is a known supporter of capitalists, if made definitely danger signal is to be lowered as that is the doomsday for indian socio economics policies felt by several macro economists but business economists support Monetek. it means business does not care about people, see MPs get LPG for rs.400/- per cylinder as against Rs 1200/- does it show parliamentarians are people centric?
problem today is MMS is a soft n unimpressive bureaucrat but a great Yes Minister type though he is an economist not necessary of high repute, but got reputation as PVN ifted him up for limited purpose to get IMF loan in his tenure as he succeeded a practically empty treasury. MMS can talk economics but not political economics as he has no background in political economics like PVN. So PVN made clear to MMS..look here IMF will not lend if we do not open up economy, so you can tell IMF that India will in slow steps open up economy but PVN internally warned this man that India cannot open up so we better pay off all IMF loans in couple of tranches buy augmenting economy, as India is a mixed economy that can never be tampered.
But luck shd have it PVN did not form 2nd government when congress got no simple majority as he never trusted 'allies' business, as 'allies' according to him all kinds of robbers.
But his advice continued and he sat in opposition. soon Kesari wanted to form so he leveraged Sonia, a simple housewife turned by tryst of destiny to be the president of congress party and that inexperience made her soon to replace PVN and se did not trust him though he allotted 100 crores to Rajiv foundation, that way he wanted this lady to be a safe cauldron but things developed otherwise thanks to get PM position in government that way Kesari as president of party machinated his strategy that led to break up of congress in TN led by Moopanar and joined by chidambaram soon thereafter Pawar floated his NCP as all these men never wanted Sonia as president of party indeed developed by vetarans not novices. see what is happening today all opposing forces including DMK which is accsed to have helped LTTE to eliminate Rajiv Ganghi then PM, but now very same DMK is an ally what will be the fate of congress as Sonia indeed not a great political strategist like Indira Gandhi.So soon congress will break up into so many factions by 2014 next lok sabha elections. May be Sonia's clout is excised by her own party men as Rahul is a poor substitute as a political strategist. things of economy is indeed gloomy.MMS as usual is guided by Monetek and others like Kaushik basu whose merit is not right for Indian economy.
